1. About Gift on Cue

Gift on Cue is operated by Stride World LTD, registered in England and Wales, company number 16865108. Our registered office is 5th Floor 167-169 Great Portland Street, London, England, W1W 5PF. Our VAT number is GB519988916.

For orders, returns or complaints, email hello@giftoncue.com. For privacy questions, email privacy@giftoncue.com.

We aim to reply within one working day, Monday to Friday excluding UK bank holidays.

If something hasn't been resolved, please tell us you'd like to make a complaint so we can review it properly. Unresolved complaints will be escalated to the owner.

Please contact us for return instructions before sending anything back. Our registered office is not the return destination for orders.

2. Delivery dates and costs

Delivery dates are our best estimates but remain estimates unless explicitly confirmed otherwise. Please contact us before ordering if your gift needs to arrive for a particular occasion.

We will show the available delivery option, costs and estimated timing before you approve payment. We only offer destinations supported for the selected gift. The agreed final total includes applicable taxes and import charges; the recipient will not be asked to pay charges on delivery.

If an item becomes unavailable, we will offer an alternative for your approval or a refund. We will not substitute a different gift or charge an increased price without your approval.

Please contact us if your gift is delayed or missing. Unless we agree a different delivery period, consumer orders will be delivered within 30 days. Delivery estimates do not remove your rights where we miss an agreed essential date or fail to deliver. For consumer purchases, we remain responsible for the goods until you or your nominated recipient receives them, except where the law provides otherwise for a carrier you independently appoint.

3. Invitations and unclaimed gifts

With our digital delivery, the recipient receives an invitation to claim a physical gift. For gifts sent using our digital delivery, you won't be charged for gifts that aren't claimed.

We charge for these gifts only when they are claimed, within the payment amount and scope you have approved. Payment must succeed before we order or prepare the gift. Direct-delivery purchases are paid through their checkout; they do not use the invitation charging rule.

If you do not want the gift, you can leave it unclaimed or email hello@giftoncue.com to request cancellation of the invitation. An unclaimed gift has no gift charge. You can also contact privacy@giftoncue.com to ask not to receive future gifts.

4. Address problems and redelivery

Please check delivery details carefully. If an incorrect address you or the recipient supplied, or a missed collection, creates an additional redelivery cost, we will explain it and agree it with the purchaser before resending. We cover costs caused by our own or our courier's error. Applicable cancellation and refund rights still apply.
