Gift on Cue

For companies

Gifting that starts simple and scales with your team.

One person can send a coffee this afternoon. The same setup can run a branded campaign across three teams and six countries.

Where companies usually start

  1. One team, one moment, one gift
  2. A short approved catalogue
  3. Branded cards and packaging
  4. A bulk campaign with a deadline
  5. More teams, same standard

What we do today

Operationally, we can already run this with you.

Gift on Cue is a young company. The work below is done by people here, working alongside your team — not by software you log into.
  • Brand consistency

One set of approved gifts, cards, notes and packaging. Everyone sends the same standard, whether it is a rep in Dublin or a CSM in Munich.

  • Multiple teams, one program

Sales, Customer Experience and Marketing all send for different reasons. We keep the moments separate and the brand identical.

    Available now
  • Bulk gifting

Event lists, ABM waves, onboarding cohorts and end-of-year sends, packed and shipped to a schedule we agree with you.

    Available now
  • Campaign support

We help scope the gift to the campaign: audience, budget band, message, timing and what happens if someone is out of office.

    Available now
  • Custom sourcing

If it is not in the catalogue, tell us. We source, sample and confirm before anything is produced.

  • International fulfilment

We source per destination and are direct about what is realistic in each country, including customs and lead times.

What we have not built yet

The platform is coming. It is not here.

We would rather tell you this now than surprise you in month two. These are planned capabilities, not features you can use today.
  • Budget controls

Today budgets are agreed with us per campaign and tracked by us. Self-serve limits, approvals and per-team wallets are planned platform capabilities.

    Planned capability
  • Analytics and reporting

Today we report on the campaigns we run for you. A reporting dashboard inside the product is a planned platform capability.

    Planned capability
  • CRM integrations

Not built. We are not going to pretend otherwise. Tell us which CRM you use and it will influence what we build first.

    Planned capability

We do not show integration logos we have not built, and we do not publish customer counts or return-on-investment claims we cannot stand over.

Getting started

How a program comes together

  1. Step 1: Define the moments

Which moments matter, for which teams, and roughly how often they happen.

  2. Step 2: Agree the catalogue

A short, approved list with budget bands, so nobody has to make a judgement call at 5pm.

  3. Step 3: Set the brand rules

Logo, note templates, packaging and anything that must never happen. Signed off once.

  4. Step 4: Run and review

We fulfil, we report back on what was sent and where, and we adjust the catalogue with you.

Talk to us

Build a gifting program

Tell us the shape of it — teams, moments, rough volumes and where the recipients are. We will come back with a plan, options and honest lead times.

Please do not include recipient names or addresses in this form. We collect those separately and securely when a send is confirmed.

We reply to every request. No newsletter, no drip campaign.
