How to Use
Apply one strip of tape to closed lips as the final step in your bedtime routine. Use nightly to help encourage nasal breathing while you sleep.
Warnings & Precautions
Do not use if you have consumed alcohol, sedatives, sleeping medication, or any substance that may impair your ability to wake or remove the tape quickly.
Not suitable for children, individuals with nasal congestion or obstruction, respiratory conditions, sleep apnea, or anyone unable to remove the tape independently.
Do not use if you are experiencing nausea, vomiting, or any condition that may increase the risk of choking or aspiration.
If you snore heavily or think you may have a sleep disorder, speak to your GP before using mouth tape.
Discontinue use immediately if you experience difficulty breathing, discomfort, skin irritation, or any adverse reaction.
