The Marbled Edition is The Island Society’s limited-run set of 28 dominoes, individually cast by hand in marbled Jesmonite.

Swirls of colour run through each piece, creating a pattern that is completely unique to the set. No two dominoes are quite the same, and no two sets will ever be identical.

Made in small batches in The Island Society’s Monmouth workshop, these are dominoes to leave on the coffee table, bring out after dinner or wrap up for someone who appreciates beautifully made things.

The classic game, reexplored.

Made by hand

Each domino is individually cast, sanded and finished by hand.

The marbling happens naturally during the making process, so every set has its own combination of colour, movement and pattern. Small variations and subtle imperfections are part of what makes each set unique.

A game worth leaving out

These aren't dominoes that need to disappear into a cupboard.

The Marbled Edition is designed to sit happily on a coffee table, ready for a game whenever the moment takes you. A tactile little object for slow afternoons, dinner parties and weekends away.
