Can I put several gifts in one box?
Yes. When you set up your gift, put everything in one box, or make different boxes for different people. Your card goes in the box.
Can I send gifts to more than one person?
Yes. Add as many people as you like to one order, each with their own message, and we deliver to each of them.
Do I need their address?
No. Choose Email or gift link and they add their delivery details privately. If you already have their address, choose Ship direct.
Can I add a card with my own message?
Yes. A gift sent by post includes a printed card with your message, and you can write a different message for each person. You see a preview before you order.
Can I send it for a particular day?
Yes. Choose Schedule for later when you set up the gift and pick the day, up to 30 days ahead. Handy for birthdays and Christmas.
What can I personalise?
Products in our Personalised range can carry a name, a photo or your own words. You see a preview before you order, and there is no minimum: you can order just one.
Can I have it sent to me so I can give it in person?
Yes. Choose to send it to yourself and we deliver it to you, with an optional card for you to hand over.
Do you deliver abroad?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery is priced for each destination and shown before you pay, and we tell you before checkout if any import charges might apply.
