Events & conferences
Make the event memorable before, during and after the room.
Use considered invitations, useful branded merchandise and timely follow-up to extend an event without creating disposable noise.

01
Invite before the event
A relevant physical or digital gesture can make an invitation easier to notice. Keep the value proportionate and make attendance optional rather than transactional.

02
Create an on-site moment
Prioritise items people can use or keep. Review attendee, speaker, partner and team needs separately instead of putting the same logo on everything.

03
Follow up while it is fresh
Reference the actual event or conversation and follow up promptly. A smaller, relevant gift can keep the moment alive while the sender continues the relationship.

04
Handle branding, lists and fulfilment
Agree artwork, samples, quantities, destination routes and deadlines before production. Keep spare stock and post-event sends explicit rather than assuming every item will be used.
Useful beats ubiquitous.
The strongest event gifting has a clear recipient and purpose. We review branding, production and delivery feasibility before anything is ordered.
Can this work for more than one recipient?
Yes. The current self-service flow supports up to 20 recipients in one send. We review larger lists and more complex campaigns with you before anything is confirmed.
Can gifts be sent internationally?
We confirm product availability, delivery route, lead time and possible customs implications for each destination before a campaign is approved.
Who approves what is sent?
The sender reviews the recipient, gift, message, delivery route and cost before the send is confirmed. Gift on Cue does not send autonomously on someone’s behalf.
