Can I change a message or name after confirming?

We can change a message or name if the invitation has not been sent or the card has not been produced. Email us with your reference and the correction as soon as possible.

If we have already produced the approved message, a free remake is not included for a typo in that message. If we made the error, we will put it right.

Can I include a personal message?

Yes. Add a message and your name to the gift. You can write a different message for each person in a group send.

Your message appears with the gift link or on the printed card, depending on how you send the gift. You can edit suggested wording and preview the message before confirming.

Can I add a greeting card to my gift?

Yes. Choose a card and add your message from the gift’s sending options. A surprise sent directly by post includes a printed card.

You can preview the design and message, and see the card price before ordering.

A gift link includes your message online, so a printed card is optional where offered.

How will my gift be packaged?

Each product description lists the packaging included with that gift, such as a gift box or hamper.

For a surprise sent by post, we aim to deliver the gift and card together. Gifts accepted from a gift link may arrive in separate parcels.
