Addresses, gift invitations and sending to a group.
Can I send a gift without knowing their address?
Yes. Send a gift invitation and the recipient enters their own delivery address when they accept.
Choose an address-only invitation to keep the gift hidden, or offer a selection for them to choose from. The product’s sending options show which is available.
For branded Swag, you provide the delivery address when you order.
How do I keep a gift a surprise?
Send the gift directly to an address you know, with a printed card. We do not send an advance gift invitation, so the surprise arrives in the post.
If you need their address first, use an address-only invitation. They see who is sending the gift and your message, but the gift itself stays hidden.
Can the recipient choose their own gift?
Yes, if you send an invitation with a selection of gifts. You choose the selection, and the recipient picks one before entering their delivery address.
The choice is limited to that selection. An invitation for one specific gift does not include a swap option.
For branded Swag, the purchaser chooses the product, design and size when ordering.
How do I send gifts to several people?
Add people individually or upload a CSV. You can send to up to 20 recipients at once, with a separate message, address and delivery status for each person.
Choose a gift or gift selection for the group.
Add your recipients or upload your list.
Add each person’s message and review the delivery costs and total.
Confirm the send. Each recipient’s progress appears in your account.
For more than 20 recipients, contact us to arrange the send. Swag checkout delivers to one address per order; we can discuss other delivery arrangements with you.
Can you help with a larger campaign or event?
Yes. We help arrange custom gifting campaigns for teams, events and customers, with a minimum order of 100 units.
Send us the recipient count, destinations, budget and date. We will help you choose gifts and confirm the costs and delivery plan before you commit.
