How do I put my logo on Swag?
Choose a Swag product, upload your logo or artwork, and position it on the product. You can preview the design before ordering.
Choose your product, colour, sizes and quantities.
Upload your artwork or select a company logo you have permission to use.
Adjust the artwork’s position and size, then review each decorated side.
Approve the design and continue to checkout.
The product determines the available printing, embroidery and placement options.
What artwork should I upload?
Upload the original logo or design file at the highest quality you have. For a logo without a background, use artwork with a transparent background.
The upload tool lists accepted file types and flags quality problems for your chosen product. Small screenshots often look blurred when printed.

What should I check before approving my design?
Review the spelling, artwork size and position on each decorated side, plus the product colour, sizes and quantities. We produce the design you approve.
Screen colours can differ slightly from the finished print or embroidery.
A free remake is not included for an error in approved artwork that we reproduce correctly. If we make a production error or the item does not match your order, we will put it right.
How do I choose sizes and colours?
Choose colours and sizes on the product page. Use that product’s size guide for measurements, as sizing varies between styles.
The purchaser selects the sizes for branded Swag. Recipients do not choose their size through a gift invitation.
Personalised Swag cannot be returned for a size change, unless the item is faulty or does not match the order.
Can I order Swag for a whole team?
Yes. You can mix sizes within a product. For 100 or more units of one product, we arrange the order with you directly.
The 100-unit threshold is the combined quantity across colours and sizes. Send us your quantities, artwork, destination and required date for an assisted order.
Swag checkout delivers to one address per order. Contact us to discuss sending individual parcels to several people.
Who owns my artwork, and what can I print?
You own your artwork. We use it to preview, produce and deliver your order, and to save designs for you to reuse. We ask separately before using it in our marketing.
You need to own the design or have permission to print it. We do not accept unlawful, hateful, threatening, discriminatory or infringing designs; we may ask for a change or decline the order.
