Choosing gifts, sending options and saved drafts.
How do I send my first gift?
Choose a gift, add a message, then send it to an address you know or create a link for the recipient to accept.
Choose a gift from the shop or a gift collection.
Choose how to send it: directly to an address, with an address-only invitation, or with a choice of gifts. The options depend on the product.
Add the recipient and your message. A surprise sent by post includes a printed card.
Review the details and total, then confirm. You can follow each gift in your account.
Pay at checkout for a gift sent directly to an address. For a gift sent by invitation, you approve the cost first and pay when the recipient accepts.
Can you help me choose a gift?
We can help with custom gifting campaigns, with a minimum order of 100 units. Get in touch to discuss your campaign.
Can I buy for myself, friends or my business?
Yes. You can buy for yourself, friends, family or your business. Customers and gift recipients must be 18 or over.
For business gifts, the recipient’s organisation may have a gift-value limit or other rules about what they can accept.
What is the difference between Gifts and Swag?
Gifts are ready-made products, from food and drink to homeware. Swag is merchandise you customise with your logo or artwork.
Both are real products. A gift link lets the recipient accept a real gift; it is not a gift card or cash voucher.
Can I save a gift and finish it later?
Yes. Save a draft and reopen it from your account to finish later.
Drafts do not reserve stock or send anything to the recipient. Prices and availability are confirmed when you finish the order.
