How do you use recipient details and artwork?

Sign in with your account email, then open your account to see saved drafts, orders and each gift’s progress.

If your verification email is missing, check your junk folder. Contact us if you still cannot sign in or an order was placed under a different email address. Keep sign-in codes private.

Yes. Save names, email addresses and delivery details in Contacts, then reuse them for future gifts.

You can update contacts and organise them into lists in your account. Only save details you have permission to use.

Addresses entered privately by recipients stay separate from your saved contacts.

You can delete your account from your Profile. Email privacy@giftoncue.com to request a copy of your data or correct information. We may need to verify your identity first.

Some transaction or dispute records must be kept for legal reasons. We will explain any information we need to retain when handling your request.

Native CRM and HR integrations are planned, but are not available as standard self-service features yet. You can upload recipient lists and manage contacts in your account today.
