I entered the wrong delivery address. Can I change it?

Open the link to see who sent your gift and read their message. Accept it and enter your delivery address. You do not have to accept it; email us if you would like to decline.

1. Open your gift invitation.

2. Choose a gift if the sender has offered a selection. For a surprise, the gift stays hidden.

3. Enter your delivery details and accept.

4. You will see confirmation that your acceptance has been received.

If you do not recognise the sender, our team can help you check the invitation.

You can accept while your gift invitation is active.

If your link has expired, contact us or the sender to see whether a new invitation can be arranged.

You do not have to accept a gift. You can leave it unclaimed or email us to cancel the invitation. To stop future gift invitations, email privacy@giftoncue.com.

You do not need to give a reason. If you do not recognise the sender, our team can help you check the invitation.

The sender pays for your gift and delivery. We also aim to prepay import charges for international gifts, including deliveries to major markets.

If prepaid import charges are unavailable, we tell the sender before payment that local charges may apply.

If charges were included but a courier asks you to pay, email us the gift reference and the notice or receipt so we can arrange to cover them.

If you cannot find or open your gift link, email us with the sender’s name and any gift reference you have. We can check the invitation for you.

For a missing invitation, check your spam folder or ask the sender to share the link again. For a broken link, try opening the full link from the original message.

An “already accepted” message means the link has been used. If the link has expired, we can check whether a new invitation can be arranged. Keep your personal gift link private.

You can choose from the gifts in your invitation if the sender has offered a selection. Invitations for a specific gift or a hidden surprise do not include a swap option.

Once you have accepted, contact us if you need a change. We can check whether the order is still at a stage where it can be amended.

If the gift has arrived, eligible returns are refunded to the purchaser. Either you or the purchaser can contact us to arrange one.
