Delivery & tracking
For a surprise sent by post, we aim to deliver the gift and card together. Gifts accepted from a gift link may arrive in separate parcels.
Your account shows the available tracking for each parcel. If an item is missing with no separate delivery update, contact us with the order reference and we will check it.
We ship worldwide. Some products are only available in certain countries; each product page shows where it can be delivered.
If your chosen gift is not available for a destination, contact us and we can help you find an alternative.
Gift links are ready instantly for you to share. For a gift shipped direct with a card, allow around 3–5 working days for UK delivery and a few extra days internationally.
For gifts accepted from a gift link and sent directly to the recipient, suppliers often dispatch the next working day or within 1–2 working days of acceptance and payment. Transit time is additional and depends on the destination.
Personalised Swag needs production time as well as delivery. The product and checkout estimates give the timing for your order.
These are typical timings. If you have a particular event date in mind, contact us before ordering and we will confirm what is possible.
Delivery costs depend on the items, any extras such as a card, and where they are being sent. The delivery total is shown at checkout before you pay.
For a group send, we add up the delivery cost for each recipient’s parcels. The price includes postage, packing and handling, plus the carrier’s service fee for prepaid import charges where applicable.
We do not add a routine delivery charge after payment.
Open your account to see each recipient’s progress. A tracking link appears as soon as it is available.
Tracking updates start once the courier processes the parcel. If you are the recipient, use the tracking link in your gift confirmation or contact us for an update.
If the delivery estimate has passed or tracking shows a problem, send us your gift reference and we will follow it up.
We aim to prepay customs duty and import charges wherever possible, including in major markets, so the recipient has nothing extra to pay.
When import charges are included, we cover the customs duty and destination import taxes. The delivery price includes the carrier’s service fee.
If prepaid charges are unavailable for your gift or destination, we explain this before payment so you can decide whether to proceed or choose another option.
If a courier requests payment for charges that were included, email us the gift reference and the notice or receipt so we can arrange to cover them. Contact us about other unexpected charges too; we will help resolve them and cover charges caused by our own or our delivery partner’s error.
