How do I sign in or find my orders?

Yes. Save names, email addresses and delivery details in Contacts, then reuse them for future gifts.

You can update contacts and organise them into lists in your account. Only save details you have permission to use.

Addresses entered privately by recipients stay separate from your saved contacts.

We use recipient details to arrange and deliver gifts, and artwork to produce your orders. We share the information needed with the partners handling those tasks.

Recipient lists, addresses, messages and preferences stay separate from Stride’s wider business-intelligence data. Private gift information and artwork are not used to train AI models.

You can delete your account from your Profile. Email privacy@giftoncue.com to request a copy of your data or correct information. We may need to verify your identity first.

Some transaction or dispute records must be kept for legal reasons. We will explain any information we need to retain when handling your request.

Native CRM and HR integrations are planned, but are not available as standard self-service features yet. You can upload recipient lists and manage contacts in your account today.
