Can I get unused account funds back?

You pay at checkout for direct-delivery gifts and Swag. For a gift sent by invitation, you pay when the recipient accepts, using the payment method and amount you approved.

There is no gift charge if the invitation is declined or expires unclaimed. We prepare the gift once payment succeeds.

Adding money to your account is a separate payment. Billing shows your balance and any funds set aside for pending gifts.

The total includes your gift or Swag, any card or personalisation, delivery and applicable tax. You see the breakdown before payment.

UK prices include any UK VAT due. For group sends, delivery is added up across each recipient’s parcels.

If an international delivery has import charges payable by the recipient, we explain those separately before you pay.

You receive £10 welcome credit once per verified account to spend on eligible products. It has no expiry date, and any unused amount stays in your account.

It does not cover delivery and cannot be combined with other promotions. The discount is applied before tax.

If a purchase using welcome credit is refunded, that part returns as promotional credit. It cannot be withdrawn as cash. Your payment summary shows the credit applied.

Account funds are money you have added to pay for gifts. Promotional credits, including the £10 welcome credit, reduce the price of eligible products.

Your payment summary shows the funds or credits used and any remaining amount to pay. Promotional credit does not cover delivery.

Billing shows your available balance, money set aside for pending gifts and payment history.

Open Billing in your account to see your available balance, funds set aside for gifts and payment history. Receipts are linked to the relevant transactions.

If a receipt is missing, email us with the order or payment reference and we will help you find it.

Yes. Receipts and payment records are in Billing and your order confirmation. Email us for help with invoice details or a charge you do not recognise.

Include the order reference, payment date and amount. We do not need your full card number or security code.

If checkout was interrupted and you are unsure whether payment went through, contact us before paying again so we can check for a duplicate.
